lying supine, rotate bent knee across body to stretch trunk and hip while arms remain out to sides.

How it is done

Lie on the back with legs straight forward and arms elevate to 90 degrees by the side, bend one knee. Lift the bend leg off the floor and twist to direction of opposite leg. Feel foe the stretch on the side of the trunk of bend knee. Untwist to starting position and repeat.
