How it is done

Sit on the Swiss ball, with feet touches the floor and hips-knees at 90-90 degrees and arms elevate to 90 degree front with holding one end of theraband and other tied to stable surface at shoulder level on one side. Twist the trunk to the side of theraband, untwist by pulling the theraband and repeat.
