How it is done

Lie on the back with arms crossed over the chest. Bend knees around 90° and feet touches the ground. Lift one foot off the floor by 4-5 inches and straighten the knee as kicking forward. Bend the knee and lower th foot on the floor to starting position. Repeat alternate.
