reverse plank with alternating leg lift

lift hips in reverse plank position while alternating single leg raises maintaining level pelvis and neutral spine.

How it is done

Sit with legs straight forward, hands placed behind the hips. Lift the buttocks off the floor, so that heels touhes the floor. Lift one leg off the floor, lower the leg and lift other leg straight upward. Repeat by alternating leg lifts.
