sit on ball, bend forward while rotating trunk to slide hand toward floor, alternate sides maintaining upper back alignment.

How it is done

Sit on the Swiss ball, with feet touches the floor and hips-knees at 90-90 degrees and arms by the side. Keeping the upper back straight, bend forward and twist to one side ny sliding hand on ball towards the floor. Back to starting position and repeat alternating the side.
