How it is done

Sit on the swiss ball with feet on the floor. Roll forward on the ball so that upper body on the ball, hands elevate the hands towards the ceiling with holding the medicine ball. With maintaing the position rotate the trunk to one side, so that opposite shoulder is off the ball, rotate back to starting position. Repeat with other sides.
