supine double leg lift with ball pass

lie supine, lift legs and upper body simultaneously while holding swiss ball overhead, then lower with control.

How it is done

lie on the back with legs straight forward, elevate the arms overhead holding ball. Lift both legs off the floor keeping knees straight and also lift the ball, arms, shoulders, head and upper body off the floor. Lower the whole upper body and legs towards the floor and repeat.
