How it is done

Lie on the back with legs straight forward, place a swiss ball between the feet and hands behind the head. Squeeze the ball and elevate the legs towards ceiling, lift the head, shoulder off the floor and twist to one side, as trying to touch the elbow to opposite leg. Untwist and lower back to starting position and repeat.
