How it is done

Sit on the Swiss ball, with feet touches the floor and hips-knees at 90-90 degrees and arms elevate to 90 degree by the side. With maintaing the balance, lift one foot off the floor by 4-5 inches, lower the foot to starting position and reapet by alternating leg.
