How it is done

Sit on the Swiss ball, with feet touches the floor and hips-knees at 90-90 degrees and arms elevate to 90 degree by the side. With maintaing the balance, keeping back straight bend forward and twist to one side. untwist to back to starting position and repeat with other side.
