How it is done

Sit on the Swiss ball, with feet touches the floor and hips-knees at 90-90 degrees and hands behind the head. With maintaing the balance, lift one foot off the floor and twist the trunk to same side of raised leg. Untwist and lower the foot to starting position and repeat by alternating sides
