How it is done

Lie on the back, hands behind the head and hips-knees at 90-90 degrees with foot resting on swiss ball. Lift the head shoulders and upper trunk off the floor and twist to one side and lift the opposite leg straight off the ball. Untwist and lower the leg to starting position and repeat
