upward dog

quadruped position transitioning to upward-facing position, lowering hips while opening chest for anterior trunk stretch.

How it is done

Get down on hands and knee position i.e on 4 points ( both hands and both knees), hands under the shoulder and knees under the hip. Lower the hipd towards the floor with opening up the chest. feel for the stretch in front of trunk. lift the hips off the floor and repeat.
