How it is done

Sit with calf on the swiss ball and hands under the shoulder. Lift the buttocks off the floor, so that knees, buttocks and trunk are in straight line. Lift one leg off the ball and lower it back on the ball. repeat by alternatingly lifting legs off the ball.
