kneel beside ball, extend opposite leg and arm overhead while leaning laterally over ball to stretch trunk lateral flexors.

How it is done

Kneel next to the swiss ball, place one hand on the ball. Lean on the ball by straighten the opposite leg and arm overhead, feel for the stretch on trunk on opposite side of lean. Back to starting position and repeat.
