stand, extend arm forward, gently pull each finger upward to stretch palm and finger flexors

How it is done

Stand, elevate the arm straight forward to 90 degree with palm facing towards the floor. Hold one finger tip using another hand, move the finger towards the ceiling. Feel for the stretch on the palm, hold and release the stretch and repeat with other fingers.
