from hands and knees position, extend one arm forward to 90 degrees while maintaining stable quadruped base

How it is done

Get down on hands and knee position i.e on 4 points ( both hands and both knees), hands under the shoulder and knees under the hip. With maintaing the position, lift one hand off the floor straight forward to 90 degree. lower thehand to starting position and repeat.
