How it is done

Lie on Swiss Ball such that stomach on the ball and toes on the floor and arms hanging towards the floor with holding the dumbbells. Squeeze the shoulder blades and elevate the arms towards the head with elbow flexed to 90 degree, lower the hand towards floor to starting position and repeat.
