How it is done

Lie on the Swiss ball such that stomach and chest resting on ball and toes on the floor, arms by the side with holding dumbbells. Squeeze the shoulder blades and elevate the arms towards the ceiling such that thumb pinting the floor. Lower the arms towards the floor and repeat.
