before my treatment:-

• • I begin each treatment with a thorough assessment to understand the patient’s symptoms, functional limitations, and personal goals.
  • Based on the diagnosis, I develop individualized treatment plans combining manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, posture and gait training, and electrotherapy modalities as appropriate.
  • I provide patient education regarding their condition, ergonomics, and preventive strategies to promote long-term self-management and reduce the risk of recurrence.
  • I emphasize active participation, encouraging patients to follow home exercise regimes to aid recovery and prevent further stiffness. and gradually increase activity levels according to their capacity.
  • Progress is regularly monitored, and interventions are adjusted as needed to ensure optimal recovery and functional improvement.
