isometric horizontal adduction of the shoulder at 90 degrees forward flexion against manual resistance.

How it is done

Stand, elevate the arm forward by 90 degree keeping elbow straight. Place other hand just above the wrist, move the hand towards the body against the resistance of other hand. Release the resistance to starting position and repeat.
