isometric shoulder external rotation at 90° elbow flexion against manual resistance from opposite hand

How it is done

Stand, bend the elbow of exercise shoulder to 90 degree close to the trunk with thumb pointing towards the ceiling. Place the other hand on the outer aspect of forearm above the wrist, rotate the shoulder outwards against te hand which is pulling the arm towards the stomach. Release the resistance and repeat.
