isometric shoulder flexion at 30 degrees against self-resistance from opposite hand

How it is done

Stand, elevate the arm to 30 degrees forward, place other hand on the top of wrist. Further elevate the arm against the resistance of other hand. Release the resistance to starting position and repeat.
