isometric shoulder horizontal adduction at 30 degrees elevation with self-resistance applied above wrist.

How it is done

Stand, elevate the arm forward by 30 degree keeping elbow straight. Place other hand just above the wrist, move the hand towards the body against the resistance of other hand. Release the resistance to starting position and repeat.
