How it is done

Stand, place a towel roll between arm and trunk, bend the elbow to 90 degree such that hand facing forward with holding one end of theraband and other end tied to stable surface on opposite side. Rotate the arm outward by pulling the theraband, rotate back to starting position. Repeat.
