How it is done

Stand, elevate the arm overhead on the same side keeping elbow straight and thumb pointing towards ceiling, holding one end of theraband and other end tied to overhead same side. Lower the arm diagonally by pulling the theraband close to the opposite hip, by bending the elbow such that thumb facing towards the floor. Elevate the arm back to starting position by straighten and rotate the elbow. repeat.
