isometric shoulder flexion at 45 degrees against manual resistance from opposite hand

How it is done

Stand with arms by the side, elevate the arm forward to 45 degrees with palm facing towards the floor. Place other hand just above the wrist, further elevate the arm against the resistance of other hand, lower the arm to starting position and repeat.
