How it is done

Lie on the stomach with legs straight forward on the table and arms by side off the table . Squeeze the shoulder blade towards each other and elevate the arms to 90 degree towards ceiling keeping head stable and thumb pointing towards the floor. Release the squeeze and back to starting position. Repeat.
