lie prone on swiss ball, elevate arms to 90 degrees laterally with thumbs up, squeeze shoulder blades together.

How it is done

Lie on the ball such that chest and stomach resting on the ball, knees straight with toes on the floor and arms hanging by the side towards the floor. Squeeze the blades and elevate the arms by the side to 90 degrees such that thumb pointing towards the ceiling. Lower the arms towards floor to starting position and repeat.
