How it is done

Lie on the ball such that chest and stomach resting on the ball, knees straight with toes on the floor and arms by the side. Squeeze the blades and elevate the arms by the side to 90 degrees such that thumb pointing towards the thumb. Lower the arms towards floor to starting position and repeat.
