How it is done

Stand next to the wall, elevate the arm to 90 degrees by the side and elbow bend to 90 such that forearm and elbow resting on wall. Rotate the trunk away from the wall, feel for the stretch in the front of chest. Hold and release the stretch by rotate back the trunk to starting position. repeat.
