How it is done

Stand, hand close to the opposite hip holding a dumbbell in excercising arm, elbow bend and thumb facing towards the body. Elevate the arm overhead to the same side of shoulder by straighten the elbow, rotate the arm such that thumb pointing the ceiling. lower the arm back diagonally, bending the elbow to starting position. Repeat.
