How it is done

Stand, bend the elbow to 90 degrees and rotate towards the body holding one end of theraband and other end tied to stable surfaace on opposite side at head level. Elevate the arm overhead to the same side of shoulder by pulling the theraband. Rotate back the arm to starting position and repeat.
