How it is done

Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, arm by the side to 90 degree, bend the elbow to 90 and resting on towel roll with hand pointing towards the ceiling holding one end of rod and another end by other hand. Move the rod towards feet using assistance of other hand, rotate back to starting position. Repeat.
