lying supine, perform diagonal pattern from overhead to opposite hip with resistance band, elbow extends, thumb rotates downward.

How it is done

Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, elevate the arm overhead to same side holding one end of theraband keeping elbow straight and other end tied overhead to stable surface same side. Lower the arm diagonally to the opposite hip, by bending the elbow such that thumb pointing towards the floor. Elevate the arm overhead to starting position. Repeat.
