How it is done

Lie on the back with feet on the floor, elevate the affected arm to 90 degrees by the side, elbow bend to 90 degrees and rest on towel roll such that hand pointing towards the ceiling with holding one end of rod and other end by another hand. Rotate the affectef arm towards the floor,using assistance of other hand and rod without moving the elbow position. Rotate the arm back and repeat.
