How it is done

Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, elevate the arms to 90 degrees towards the ceiling holding either end of rod with hands. Keeping elbow straight, move the affected arm towards the body using the assistance of other hand and rod. move the arm back to starting position and repeat.
