How it is done

Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, arms by the side with thumb pointing towards the ceiling, place a towel under the elbow. Hold the affected arm above the wrist with other hand and elevate the arm overhead with the assistance of other hand keeping elbow straight, lower the arm back to starting position and repeat.
