How it is done

Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend and place a towel roll under the elbow and bend to 90 degrees, hold the forearm just above the wrist with other hand. Holding the wrist with other hand, rotate the arm inward such that hand moving towards the body, rotate back to starting position. Repeat.
