How it is done

Stand, arms by the side holding one end of theraband, keeping elbow straight and other end tied at the level of foot on the same side. Elevate the arm diagonally overhead towards the oppositeside, bending the elbow such that thumb pointing towards the floor. lower back the arm by straightening the elbow to starting position and repeat.
