How it is done

Kneel in front facing the wall, elevate the arms to 90 degree forward and rest forearm on wall. Pushing the wall with forearm, round the shoulders. With maintaing the push, try to sit back on heel without lifting the elbow off the wall and back to kneeling position to repeat.
