How it is done

Stand facing against the wall with back resting on the wall. Elevate the arm to 90 degree by he side and bend the elbow to 90 degree such thar hand facing forward. With maintaing the contact of back with wall, rotate the arm towards the floor keeping the elbow stable. Rotate arm back to start position and repeat.
