stand at wall edge with elbow bent ninety degrees, rotate body away to stretch anterior shoulder and internal rotators

How it is done

Stand near the edge of wall, bend the elbow to 90 degrees, rest the hand on the wall at the edge. Twist the body away from the wall by taking a step. Feel for the stretch in front of the stretching arm. Untwist to release the stretch to starting position and repeat.
