isometric chest contraction by pressing fist against palm with elbows at chest level

How it is done

Stand, bend the elbow to 90 degrees, make a fist of one hand and touch the palm of other hand such that elbow are away from each other at chest level. Press the palm against the fist, un-press the hand. Repeat
