isometric shoulder internal rotation at 90 degrees elbow flexion with manual resistance from contralateral hand.

How it is done

Stand, bend the elbow to 90 degrees such that hand facing forward. Place other hand inner aspect of the wrist, further rotate the arm towards the body against the resistance of other hand. Release the pull and repeat.
