How it is done

Stand with hand close to the opposite hip holiding one end of theraband and other end tied to stable surface at the level of foot on opposite side. Elevate the arm diagonally to same side of shoulder by straighten the elbow and thumb facing towards the ceiling. Bend the elbow diagonally to the opposite hip to starting position and repeat.
