How it is done

Stand, elevate the arm to 90 degree by the side, bend the elbow to 90 degree such that hand facing forward and rotate the hand towards the floor by 10 degrees. Place other hand just below the wrist, further rotate the arm towards the floor against the resistance of other hand. Release the pull and repeat.
