isometric shoulder extension at 30 degrees flexion against manual resistance in standing.

How it is done

Stand, elevate the arm forward to 30 degrees, such that hand facing forward. Place other hand just above the wrist, further move the arm towards the ceiling against the resistance of other hand. Release the pull and repeat.
