How it is done

Stand, elevate the arm overhead to the opposite shoulder with elbow bend and thumb pointing towards the floor with holding one end of theraband and other end tied overhead to opposite side. Lower the arm diagonally to the same side of hip. Straighten the elbow and thumb pointing towards the floor by pulling the theraband. elevate the arm overhead to starting position. Repeat.
