How it is done

Lie on one side, place a towel between elbow and trunk of arm resting on floor, bend the elbow to 90 with holding a dumbbell. Rotate the arm towards close to the body such that fist facing towards the ceiling, without moving the elbow position. Move the arm back to starting position and repeat.
